Using Agenda Builder is Simple

  1. Start with any MS Word document that contains the complete set of team comments

  2. Select the Agenda Builder button

  3. Review all comments in the side panel and assign priority (Level 1 through 4). If you miss a comment, it will automatically be added to the Agenda in Level 1 priority.

  4. Click “Create Agenda”

  5. Use the stand-alone MS Word Agenda or the existing side panel to capture team resolutions, including follow-up/action items, at the CRM

  6. Once all comments are resolved after your CRM, click “Finish”, and a time-stamped Word and PDF version is automatically generated for audit
